A BIT ABOUT ME:
I have always been interested in people from  an early age. It is so important for me to see why people act and react in the  way they do and then see how changes can facilitate progress.
I have been called  an empathist because I feel for people, especially those who have had issues and  trauma in their lives and I am passionate in my quest to do all I can to help  them.
I started training in 1994 and have  added several therapies that complement each other.
I have run local projects  for people with ME and addictions, receiving a Lifetime Fellowship Award in 2004  for my work.

I also have written about the many differing problems people face and how positive thinking  and facing the issue can bring about a better outcome and a peaceful life  internally and externally.

I continue to inspire change in people's lives and aim to facilitate as many people who are ready to find their path to true self-empowerment.
